Initially I was in love with the product until I was showing it to my daughters father and realized they speller her last name wrong. I immediately thought maybe my phone had autocorrected it to a similar name spelling which is WAY more common, but it did show I had correctly spelled it. Took a call and an email to the makers in which they were extremely friendly and professional, despite my panic due to it being a present for my daughter and her birthday being only a few days away. They made a proof up and emailed it to me to confirm and had it made same day even though it was after normal business hours and had it out with the morning mail headed to me. The replacement was perfect and my daughter loves playing with it so much. Definitely recommend these guys! Minus one star due to the hiccup, but plus one star for phenomenal response to the issue.

This is a lovely little block and will make a wonderful gift. The carving in the wood is perfectly done and I like that you can add your own message on one side. When I first ordered this, it arrived with the wrong date on it. I contacted the seller to ask if I had mistakenly put the wrong date on the form. They contacted me back straight away and immediately said they would send a replacement, no questions asked and no issue that it was probably my fault it was wrong in the first place. Absolutely impecable customer service. I would absolutely buy from this seller again, thank you!!!!

Great quality block! My daughter is 7 and I still got her one for a keepsake alone with 2 others for our 1 year old son and 1 year old nephew. The seller was great about custom order and putting a different character on the block other than what they have pictured. I absolutely love it! I was also sent a proof prior to sending out my order. And really fast shipping was a plus! Only downside is that it is a little small but I would 100% buy again! Great keepsake for my kids!

I guess I overlooked the measurements because when I received it I was in shock at how small it was. I paid $4.00 for the gift box and the block looks completely LOST in the box. I loved the concept but they should definitely make the measurements of the block bigger maybe 4 x 4 x 4.

This gift was the memory I wanted to create for my cousin's son's 1st birthday. The designs, the quality and value was spectacular. The only surprise was that it was smaller than anticipated, but that did not distract from it at all.
