I am a retired doctor and don't ordinarily leave reviews on here. But this is such an amazing product that I felt compelled to recommend it to anyone who is serious about Vitamin D3/K2 and magnesium supplementation. I noticed the difference in energy levels, hormonal swings and skin within a month of taking this. Absolutely outstanding product. Decent price and am now ordering it regularly. Only thing to add is that the dosage recommended on the bottle is way below that published in medical journals. As a 60kg female, I take twice the dose recommended on the bottle and have seen brilliant effect. This is the missing piece of the nutrition puzzle for those of you already supplementing magnesium and Vitamin D3/K2 who are failing to see any effect. Boron is the key to these other 3 compounds and their utility by the body. Strongly recommend everyone, young or old, to take this alongside their magnesium and D3/K2 supplements.

I see muscle gains and energy increased also. I stopped drinking coffee a week ago. I think boron helped with testosterone. Its important for bones too. For men and the women thar have osteoporosis or that want to avoid it. Squats after 40 or 50 years old is a must to avoid bone fractures, hip, etc Stay strong. Creatine is important too & whey protein isolate - for older people, mot only for bodybuilders.

product contains boric acid that is an effective source of boron to the human body, but it is very easy to consume too much boric acid the amount used to treat boron deficiency is not much lower than the amount necessary to cause toxicity not a safe substance and is widely NOT recommended in many countries

I love this form of boron, add three whole pipets full of it to my morning coffee, along with 1/3 of a teaspoon of Lions Mane mushroom powder to keep me sharp, and it does the trick nicely.
