I experience nasal congestion every time I sleep. I clear my nose with Sinus Rinse, and 15 minutes later, two sprays of this product effectively relieve it.

I have used this for a few weeks and it works well for me. Individual effectiveness may vary. Your doctor is your best resource. My ENT MD recommended this for me.

DO NOT BUY THIS 3 PACK. I received a package that has a best by date of 3 months and I won't use that much between now and then - AND - it's non-returnable/refundable.That said, this is a great product. I first used it when it was a prescription drug and had to stop using it because of the cost via my medical/drug plan. This year the allergies hit me hard and I remembered that this medication is now OTC. In 1-2 days, my nose stopped running constantly. I highly recommend it, but got much longer shelf life when I bought singles instead of this 3-pack. I'll have to throw some away without having used it, alleviating the small $10 savings with buying a 3-pack. Amazon won't refund/replace.

For some reason, I have a very runny nose in the morning. 2 sprays in each nostril and I’m good for the day!
