These matches are expensive compared to regular matches. But they strike the first time you drag them across the included strike plate (which I attached to an existing matchbox), and they hold a flame long enough to light three or four wicks in a candle, or several candles. A pleasure to use after trying crummy, cheap matches!

They come in a glass jar that looks so cute sitting by candles. Adhesive striking pads that you can apply wherever you choose. Very pleased with the purchase.

These matches are great! They light on the first strike very time. The extra striking strips are a wonderful idea. We reordered these so we can give them along with some candles as Christmas presents.
