I ordered this in January and didn't need to open it until this morning. When I peeled the outer safety seal from the cap, the inside safety seal under the cap had a hole punched in it. I went back to my orders to return this item and the item is not returnable because it's "been too long". It's only been a few months, and I was waiting for my other supplement to run out.

Just curious could this cause bleeding or spotting during menopause?

I've had hives (urticaria/dermatitis) for almost a year now, and read that 30-50 percent of cases of chronic urticaria are associated with autoimmune responses, and that changing estrogen levels during menopause can increase histamine levels in the body, causing hives - so bought this supplement hoping it would help by leveling out my estrogen, but I've been taking it for several weeks and it hasn't helped my dermatitis. However, having read that DIM supplements are often used for breast, uterine and colorectal cancer prevention, I figure it wouldn't hurt to keep taking it (esp. since breast cancer runs on my mother's side of the family and she died of it), and it is reasonably priced.

Since giving birth to my 2nd child, my hormonal imbalance stayed. I needed help right away so I bought this. My experience is, I experienced constant bathroom use and orange urine for the first couple days. I also drank a lot of water so I wasn't worried. I read here that these symptoms means it's working. I have experienced better change to my body already and it hasnt even been a week.

#####This is a update#### I’ve been taking this product for a month and my hot flashes have decreased in frequency and intensity!! It took a month for it to get in my system. Love it!!!!Great value for the money but it did nothing to decrease how often my hot flashes happen or the intensity of them. My search continues.

I started taking this with evening primrose oil to help relieve my terrible menstrual cramps and they’ve worked great! I still feel some pain but not nearly as bad as before. I’ll continue taking both as I don’t know which pill is helping me or if it’s combination.
