Gute ausführung - liegt gut in der hand - sehr stabil (auch wenn ausgezogen ist 👍👍) - gibt sicherheit bei hochliegenden fenstern (keine kletterpartie bei der bedienung mehr nötig!) - sehr gutes produkt - empfehlenswert!!!

This product was delivered quickly, with conveniently attached instructions. We have placed this in our short stay accomodation for the use of any vertically challenged guests.We did find the plastic hook broken during a recent turnover. I looked up the product, sent an email to the warranty address and received a response on a Sunday (within hours of sending the email).The company clearly stands behind their product, and despite me not being able to provide details as to how it broke, they mentioned failures are so rare they are quite happy to send out a replacement hook immediately.It arrived 2 days later, screwed on easily and is now replaced for guests to use again.I do not think I have ever had, nor would I have expected such a fantastic warranty experience. I don’t recall reviewing a product on Amazon before, however this service deserves to be advertised.

Good quality product, works exactly as intended and better value than the branded version!

It’s quite sturdy and the hook is non slip which is what I had trouble with on my old pole. The hook is guaranteed 5 yrs so all good. My problem is that the adjustment to length is tighter by an Allen key and the force that is needed to open the velux loosens it and the pole just lengthens and has to be tightened again. I keep the Allen key attached to the pole. Bit disappointed
