Great book!!

This is what I’ve been waiting for! A few years ago when I learned Peter was releasing a cookbook (the first one) I was immediately excited and pre-ordered the book. While my initial review I will not repeat, I recently decided to give this another look and purchased this title (the second) and I must say unequivocally this is what I’ve been waiting for! Imaginative, creative, original, yet approachable. Peter always proves the good is in the details and food can be art/theater too! As a fellow event planner and caterer in Denver- I continue to be inspired by peter and his creations. This book is exactly what the industry needed to see how the Willy Wonka of Catering makes it all happen. Thank you for this second helping of pure imagination!

I view cookbooks as a guideline for inspiration . While I do follow some recipes, I like to take them and put my own twist on them . This book gives lots of creative ideas . I really like a lot of the dishes in this book , although some would be very costly to make for the average person .

O.K. Thought it would be useful for a home cook. Not so much. Donated it to local library.

I bought it for my 36 year old son for Christmas. He just loved the book because it contained, lots of good looking recipes that he would like to make.
