Product worked well for maybe about 3 months but slowly started having issues connecting to either power OR audio, even after having all the contacts cleaned. After 6 months it just stopped working entirely. Seems like the internals are just shoddy.

Thought I found the perfect solution for using headphones and charging my Apple device at the same time, but NOPE! It worked a couple of times and then my Apple devices started giving me an incompatible device error and the T unit stopped working. Still looking for a solution.

I was in a rush and bought these thinking they provided one headphone jack and one lightning jack. This was based off the image that shows one end with a headphone symbol and the other with a lightning symbol. If I had looked closer I'd have realized it's actually just two lightning jacks. It was my fault for not spending more time looking at the description, but I'm still miffed as to why they would use a headphone symbol if it's actually not. Because it's my mistake, I am not returning them. However I have to give this item a 3.5-star rating because upon opening the package, both of them are coming apart. Functionally I doubt it will matter, but the metal sleeves with the symbols on them have weak adhesive. On one unit one of the sleeves has no adhisive at all and the sleeve just falls right off. I'll fix it with some superglue, no big deal -- just not a great showing on this product if they are already falling apart before I can even use them.

The first one just kept disconnecting on its own and the second started to as well. Didn’t even last a week this time around. Very disappointed.

The charging part works great, but the headphone side only works about 50% of the time. My is constantly wiggling & plugging & unplugging to finally get them to work. Probably not the best solution to his problem of being able to listen while still charging.

The plug part is not long enough if you have a case on your phone. Would have to take the phone out of the case to use it and I’d rather not risk breaking it just to charge and listen to music at the same time. Sometimes it would work and sometimes if you move your phone it would stop charging.

Looks and feels really well made. But two issuesa) if you have both the charging cable and the headphones connected, this thing gets temperamental (connects and disconnects) even with the slightest movement of the cables - which is bound to happen since you are wearing the headphones and will most likely move around.b) if you have a 90 degree charging cable, it does not fit because of the low profile.

Title says it all. We'll see if it holds up over time, but zero problems for the first week.Nope. Doesn’t hold up. First one quit working the day I wrote the original review (8 days in), second one quit working four days later. Don’t waste your money.
