POOR QUALITY
This product wire started to short out now I have to keep moving the wire so I can be heard.

I have to shout for others to hear me
I always get complains with this headset. I have to shout for them to hear.

Plug too large
These are OK, they function but the plug is large and won’t fit some cases. Also the ear piece angle is weird so won’t lay flat on your ear without tweaking.

Amazing product
I bought these because I work from home, ans they have been amazing. I hated wearing regular headsets because I have kids, but now I can work and keep an ear out for them!!

White Noise on Silence

Does what it needs to do, but not the most comfortable or adjustable
Needed a USB-C headset for teams calls. Sound is good. You can adjust the head band size and the up an down of the microphone, but you can't move the microphone toward or away from you. I also find that after a few minutes the ear piece seems to slide. It does the job, but the feel and quality are that of a budget model (which is what I paid for).

Cheap and fails quickly
Cheap wiring and especially connection. Failed after six calls and does not work at all.Save your money....
