Received and didn't work, haven't been able to use since I've bought it, spent 200$ in repairs and another 75$ in shipping to get repaired. Just want refund but out of 30-day refund window

I built my last pc back in 2016 Intel I7 6950x with a Titan GPU which is still being used by my brother. I feel like this will last me just as long, great performance, you can hear the fans but that has never bothered me, and rgb vomit we all love and hate at the same time. 4 out of 5 for me. Well done!Edit: It is now November and have yet to have a single problem. A++++

Work good soon as I got it set up I started getting fan problems as the fans would stay at full speed under no load at all but sometimes maybe once a week it will run the fans at the accurate speed i tried everything nothing fixed and yes it was already set to quite mode but the fans were full speed i assume its because they cheaped out on the fans i dont even see a brand for them tpthey also cheap out on the ram they used ram from a company called oly which i looked up and happens to be the cheapest ram i ever seen and they also could up bought a better ssd mine had a gen 3 ssd from gigabyte but i believed this pc supports gen 4 at faster speeds also if your in a tight space i wouldn't recommend this because the case is about twice to big than it needs to be was hoping it would be smaller also

The pc comes very well packaged and turns on after all the obvious plugging in stuff is done. Issues I have only had it for about a week but it’s a pretty solid computer so far.

Worked beautifully for 30 minutes until it stopped recognizing the graphics card. Spent about 3 days reformatting, updating drivers and trying to resolve the issue to no avail. Several times I called the customer support number on the business card it came with, and every time it went to voicemail, even during business hours. Shipping was originally supposed to be two days and immediately switched to 1 to 2 weeks after purchase which was infuriating. This computer should have been on my desk running smoothly over a week ago, and now I am carrying this giant box to a UPS store to be shipped back, waiting for a refund, and then starting the process all over again somewhere else.
