Q: We received a pad that would not stay inflated during its first use. How may we contact the seller to receive a replacement?

I don't know but I certainly don't recommend these. I bought 5 and three leaked. They seem to work if they stay inflated. Another problem is they slide all over the place.

Q: How hard is it to inflate and deflate, looking for quick and easy option

How do you inflate this thing? I see people saying 10-20 breaths inflates it. Maybe what we got is different. The valve to blow air into is like an inch in diameter, it's hard to get a seal, I put 10 breaths into it and you couldn't tell I put in a single breath and I'm a runner with good lung capacity. This is ridiculous, trying to figure it out but about to return it.
