Unfortunately I gave this product a try, used both boxes and it did absolutely nothing, the consistency was off. How can I get my money back?

I ran into a problem with consistency as well. I won't be purchasing this item on Amazon any longer. ULTA carries it for about the same price. Try contacting the seller for a refund.
