24V 65W Heater Catridge + 300°C NTC 100K 3950 Thermistor Temperature Sensor Compatible with Voron V2.4 V0.1 V1.8 V6 PT100 Dragon Hotend Dragonfly BMS BMO Printhead 3D Printer

Put this on my voron v0.1 and it is a night and day difference over the stock one. The smaller size is a perfect fit for the Dragon hotend and it allows you to not have to bend the wires when installing things onto the x carriage. Super fast heating due to the heater has 100% contact to hotend block and nothing extra just heating the air. This thing heats up to 245 about 30 seconds faster than my Revo Voron hotend on my 2.4.If you have had tight fits in the past you definitely want this one as your next heater cartridge. This almost comes with a thermistor that has a nice long cable about 2x the usual length which is also very nice for the voron hotend and x carriage configuration or printers with very compact print head configurations. It does overshoot a bit during the PID auto tune and I had to adjust my max temp but only for that initial PID tuning, once tuned it is stable and 0 drift, keeping temp constant without even a 0.1 degree variance in a 6 hour print.Buy this one, it is the one you have been looking for for your Voron After and Stealth-burner hotend variants (Sherpa, etc..)

Drop in fit for Phaetus Dragon HF Hotend. No issues so far after a few dozen print hours. Can be found for less from overseas, but if you need something in a hurry, the price is right.

This is the best Heater/Thermister combo I've seen so far. I did have to put a different connector on the thermistor, but other than that, combined with a toolhead PCB, this is fit into my Switchwire/Stealthburner build perfectly. I noticed significally quicker heat-up times compared to my formbot-kit Voron V0.1 with a generic 40W heater. 65W > 40W ergo faster heat-up, but without the mark-up in price. Overall, very satisfied with this combo. Would purchase/recommend for future Voron builds.

If you're counting on the thermistor, buy something else.When It reports 250, it's not hot enough to extrude PETG without skipping.

For Troodon version 1.0, the thermistor connector is compatible, heater connector is not. Luckily, it looks like my thermistor was the issue. Swapped thermistor and working now. Will update later if I can find new connectors for the new heater. For now still using the old heater.

These are great I waited till I had many many hours on my Voron 2.4 build. I am running the dragon high flow and it heat been perfect.

Running right now in my Voron 0.2 with Dragon HF hotend. Works great holding 280° with extremely fast printing. Printed a benchy in under 10 mins and it kept up. Heats up faster than the revo.

Direct fit for a voron 2.4 with a dragon hotend. I had to swap the connector on the printer side. Luckily I had some leftover pins and a female connector from my formbot kit. Seems like the "generic 3950" profile in klipper works best for the thermistor.

Hotend now works flawlessly. with less heat creep because of the high heat. I liked this thermostat. no more long waits for my hot end to heat up. I liked it so much I bought two of them and I might buy one more. I have 12 printers in total eventually maybe change over.

Ist schon ein Unterschied zu 30 Watt. Hotend wird zügig war. Der Thermistor zeigt mir kaum abweichende Werte von anderen in Klipper. Nach dem PID, bleibt die Temperatur im Hotend fast konstant. Lieferung kam gut verpackt und früher als geplant. Läuft.

Super Qualität! Und schon lief der Drucker wieder ! Super geeignet für den Voron 2.4 .
