Brilliant product i. Bought 3 one for myself.2 more. As i. Had a Tom Cat. Just exactly same as cat on the ceramic beaker that stays hotter for longer. And keep colder wih cold drinks. Leak. Proof value for money. Ms p. Draper.

Bought this for my daughter who had broken her last one, she was very happy with this one especially as it has an handle.also very pretty pattern, and keeps her tea warm for quite a while.

Great mug
As a teacher I like to be able to have a cuppa in the classroom with me. It has to be covered. This is perfect!

pretty
so this a good size 500ml. looks great. down side heavy. The mug gets very hot. handle doesn't so that is at least helpfully. Contents are cooler then the mug temperature. So you think drink is way too hot to drink but actually it's not. shame really as a lovely item

Keeps the tea hot
My daughter loved the size of thus mug and it keeps her tea hot.

Loose seal
Mug is great and kept tea warm with the lid. Unfortunately the rubber seal for the lid has disappeared! Searched everywhere so now it's just an ordinary mug.
