This is just what the Doc told me to buy. Straight forward Ferrous Sulfate. The 2-pack is a better buy....and your going to take them anyway...so why not?

Sadly not enough iron, I had hoped they would be comparable to ferro grad c. A good budget option for ongoing iron support but may not be helpful if you are actively anaemic.
