I’m not a cook or a butcher but using the same knife for raw and cooked meat, that’s not a fantastic idea, so I purchased a couple of these, red handles and all, for use on raw meats, they are a bit large for home use and a bit “industrial” but hey, that’s what they are made for, as for sharpness, they are pretty darn sharp, can cut a chicken in half without much effort at all, pork no problem, pork rind, easy, but I use the steak knife variation of these knives for that. For the money, I would buy these all day, have 3 now, try one if you aren’t sure, just be conscious of the size and be careful, they are very sharp, for me at least as an average home user.

These knives are great, stupidly sharp out of the box and they stay sharp!

This knife came today and it made slicing thr raw meat to our desired thickness a dream its so sharp it cut the thicker slabs of beef like butter i almost thought a butcher cut them brilliant will defo buy the others i saw
