Good goggles
After I adjusted it to my likes, comfortable, and no leaks and minimal fogging. I went to the next smaller nose piece. I saw all the complaints online about difficulty and doing this job Does it take a little effort, but it can be accomplished. To get them out twist a little. Next, Make sure the straight part of the replacement nose piece is on top and the curved is on the bottom. Just push the pointy end into the slot and then push down to click in place. This is where it gets kinda difficult. I use the edge of a countertop and a small piece of scrap wood or hard plastic to push it into place.

No leaks - vaguely uncomfortable after 20 minutes
These are very water tight-- occasionally they might leak if you get a hair stuck in them or they don't seat right, but usually they are good for grab-and-go. I have found them to be fairly fog resistant, too.The only problem with these goggles-- and it's shared by every goggle I've used that's this size and shape-- is they sometimes start to get a little uncomfortable after you've worn them about 20 minutes or so. Some days I don't notice this, but if I have a little headache working anyway-- and I'm prone to them-- these will occasionally make it a little worse. I only swim 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile of breast strike 4-5 times a week, so my sessions are short enough that this isn't a serious issue-- I don't know if I'd wear them for a multi-mile open water swim. Price was very good, TYR is usually pretty dependable for wallet-friendly goggle, these are no exception.

Top notch goggle
My daughter has used numerous goggles for swimming and these are the best by far. They stay on during dives and are slow to fog up for her (although they do fog up over time, as all will).Well worth the extra cost.

You Cannot Adjust the Nosebridge Pieces. Bad Design.
The instructions on how to change one of five nose bridge sizes is clear. The problem is that it doesn't work. I am a strong male. I almost could not take them apart without damaging my thumb and fingernail. That's how much force I had to use to try to remove them. I risked breaking them. Once out, trying to put in a larger size nosebridge piece was impossible. The pieces are very hard and holes very small. The amount of force needed to get the lip of the plastic bridge tab to catch on the bottom of the tab on the lens would be so great as to risk snapping off the small plastic pieces connected to the googles. I did risk it, but still could not push hard enough to get them in completely through to catch. They would just pop back out. You would have to use pliers, but that would definitly damage the frames and still might not work. It is a very badly designed product, and trust me that I am following the instructions correctly. The problem is clear. How they proceeded to manufacturing without properly test using them is beyond me. Perhaps the original nose bridge pieces were a very soft silicone, which I could see working. The hard pieces supplied do not.

My favorite brand for years
Our kids were in swimming for years and I joined the masters group. These goggles are the best I have purchased for my kids (kinda spendy for kids but worth it) and I love how they fit for me also. Just remember they need risened after chorine pool use. They last quite a long time but like all things they do need replaced eventually. Depend on the care you give them. I do use a defogger often as needed. I totally recomend these and they have adjustable bridge and head straps. We wear them over out caps and it helps keep the swim caps on.As far as diving in the pool for compitition, they have worked the best. Just give each eye a quick easy press to your eyes to insure the suction is secure. Some people dive in with different head postion, we have noticed if you have issue, move your swim cap closer to the eyebrows and it helps. Most always these goggles stayed perfect after dive in from starting blocks.
