We have had this refurbished product since mid September 2025. It had been working flawlessly up until this month (Nov. 2025) after which, we are starting to notice "gliches" and believe this item may fail. First symptom was when it "locked up" requiring a reboot. The other symptom was when trying to wake it up, it required a Control/Alt/Del to wake it up. Finally, it has started humming (not all of the time) to where it can be heard from across the room. This is not our first refurbished PC. I have one that I acquired about a year ago and it is working quite well.

It look great in paper but this was a refurbished product. great price if it works. zmy tower arrive hace and th efirst thing is that stays on all the time, try toconnect to amonitor but te output is a cable or connection i did not have request cables compatible with tower and monitor, result no video, can't turn tower off because it reboot and still no video, Call amazon help after explaining situation they suggest for me to call dell support, i just laff as this is a refurbish prod. I just proceed to return the desk top and will purchase a new one. it's a shame because the price is fantastic. I nor have the time to take another gamble.

This computer arrived quickly and exactly as described. Very nice physical condition. After a few minutes to set up it took several minutes to update which is normal. It is being used in a simple office environment with dual monitors and handles everything thrown at it and at great speeds. If on the fence my advice is to go for it

As far as the computer goes, it works great and looks great. The only thing was, the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard did not work well. So, I didn’t use them.

I was reluctant to buy a refurbished unit that is this far from current technology. But it works well drives two monitors via display ports and is actually great speed and has performed flawlessly.

Had this computer for a while now it's very fast. I didn't move over my files as easily as I thought. My biggest concern was my iTunes not sure if it all came over. This is a family computer. I also found that my storage is large but on SSD you lose quite a bit of space due to the way it formats I had more room left on my regular hard disk compared to the SSD. Learning curb. So quiet and shuts down after non use. Takes no time to start right back up . Sóóo fast. Love that it had a dvd built in I needed one

Terrible product! Worked great for about 3 months and then froze. Received no assistance from TekRefurbs or from Amazon. I've tried many things but nothing worked. Don't buy!!! There went $400

As described on line and no problems setting it up. No surprises! After shopping around for a month or so, feel like I got a great deal on this PC. Though it's not a high power gamer, it is a great home/office desktop and has all the features and functions I needed for this upgrade to WIN 11.

It’s very old model and you will suffer with it
