My offspring works in front of a screen and has found these to help which the old eye strain that blue light can cause.

Extremely fragile, hardly reduce any blue light and certainly not anti reflective at all

I love the style and quality, it’s a nice metal frame and seems like real glass in the frames. They work as suggested, limiting that blue light really well. It’s just unfortunate that when they arrived the package was so small that the glasses were bent. Anything in that thin of a packaging box would have gotten smushed. I kinda bent them back, but it was just a bummer.
