Love this stuff.
When I first opened this SPF, I was afraid it would be too heavy and oily for my combination skin. I also had concerns about it burning my eyes, as it had a very similar scent and texture to another sunscreen that does exactly that. After my first application however, I was amazed— no eye irritation, and it settled down into a glowy, natural finish. It’s definitely a heavier sunscreen, but I love to use it on sunny days to feel really protected. It’s also nice during the winter, as it’s very moisturizing and will keep your face soft and protected. No strong scent. Definitely my favorite American sunscreen I’ve tried.

I love this !
I don’t know why it doesn’t have better reviews. I have purchased this several times and recommended to everyone. This is a sunscreen with active ingredients ( I can see how other people could get irritation with it! But if you keep it simple in the morning with vitamin c and moisturizer you should be fine)Is not for everyone lol it has Retinyl palmitate which I love for anti aging one of the very very few sunscreens that have some sort of vitamin A in it. The texture is great is just a dream! No white cast is a serum like consistency very light weight. You look radiant wearing it.But if u are sensitive approach with caution I have used it for the longest time is my holy grail and it does sting a little bit.

Non-greasy but pills with MY products
The hunt for a sunscreen that is truly acne safe is pretty hard. But this one is and I'm giving it 4/5 stars which is a little higher than I'd like.411: I have light/medium skin tone with yellow undertones, acne-prone and oily.Pros: truly acne safe, with no pore-clogging ingredients according to my acne specialists ingredient- checker. Does not make me excessively oilier, no white case. Thinner consistency, and a little goes a long way.Cons: this formula does not agree with my skin care products, mainly my eye creams (currently using Dermalogica stress positive eye lift mask & Naturopathica VITAMIN K BRIGHTENING EYE COMPLEX). I do let my products absorb before putting on my sunscreen, but I still experience pilling around the eye area only. I'm able to brush away the product, but it is annoying and something I've never experience with other sunscreens. This formula is scented (typical sunscreen scent) and the size is a little too large for my use.I won't be buying this again, and will look for other brands that agree with my skin care products. Not a terrible product, just didn't work for me.

Too oily for my liking
This sunscreen did the job, it's not necessarily a bad sunscreen. However, I did find that it was a bit too oily for my liking. It didn't absorb into the skin well, trying to put makeup over it was a pain in the butt. plus side? It didn't have a noticeable white cast and it did it's job - I never got burned using it.

Pretty good for sensitive eyes
The only sunscreen for my face that I have found not to irritate my eyes at all is cerave tinted moisturizer, but sometimes that makes me look orange, so I have set out to find an alternative. I tried a few including eltamd, tula, vichy, superfood and La roche posay. This is the least irritating out of all of them for the eyes. But it still irritates a little. It’s minimally shiny. Not as mad as some other ones, but it’s not bad. It’s the best non-mineral sunscreen for the face I have found and will stick with it for now. Also great value for the price! The smell is tolerable.

It's a MUST!!!!!! I won't be without it!
I will start by saying that I have purchased an *embarrassing* amount of SPF over the last year since I discovered Skincare by Hyram, then Dr Susan Yara, Cassandra Bankson and finally, the beloved DR DRAY... It also may be sparked by discovering the powers of an FSA, but let's move on shall we? ;-P I've tried a few sunscreens here and there that I've liked enough (Elta MD Tinted SPF 41, Neutrogena Invisible Daily Defense, etc.)-- BUT THIS!!!!! ---- THHHIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!By watching Dr Dray I discovered Paula's Choice. When I decided to splurge on a few PC products, I was dizzied by the vast array of sunscreens to choose from and didn’t know where to start. I wanted to try them all since they all sounded good for different reasons. Dr Dray had specifically called out this sunscreen and their red “glow” sunscreen, so, to choose between the two, I decided to start with the cheapest. I figured, maybe there's a reason it's cheap. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ LOL! However, I am so glad I started here. My tween daughter will *gladly* witness to all of you that I've never been so embarrassingly smitten by a sunscreen in my entire life! (I am 38, LOL!)What I love about it:#1 -- $17.00 for FIVE OUNCES is just WONDERFUL! HAS ME OVER THE MOON!!!#2 -- It really pours out quickly and a little bit goes a long way (I do apply in LAYERS though).#3 -- It actually IS silky and matte and I can use it on my face (including the eyelids and corners of my eyes!) as well as my body. As I mentioned, I do apply in layers and I never feel greasy or heavy. It’s glorious!I love it so much that I made my mom try it too (we do this with skin care, lol) and told her that if she loves it, I will get some for her as well. She did! I actually came on here to order some more and realized I hadn't yet written a review about my newly beloved sunscreen. So, here I am! Making sure the world knows that this product is worth trying. Considering that we were paying $12.99(ish) for 3oz of Neutrogena Invisible Daily Defense (body) lotion, I think $17.00 for 5oz of amazingness is great!I like to use both a chemical and a mineral sunscreen; so I start with this one and then, for my “makeup” I apply the Elta MD Tinted SPF 41. The two play together nicely. ;-)For some reason this isn’t FSA eligible, but I love it enough that it is worth buying anyway! Hope this was helpful. If even one person tries this sunscreen due to my review, and loves it as much as I have, then I am happy! *Insert glee emotion from Animal Crossing* ;-P

GREASY, GREASY, GREASY…OH, AND SHINEY!
This product is notably advertised as NON-GREASY, which is specifically why I purchased it. In fact it leaves my face as shines and greasy as any other SPF product. If, like me, non-greasy was the draw for you, don’t bother!

Nice price sunscreen from Paula's Choice that works well on my skin and body
I guess this type of sunscreen should be the lowest price of Paula's choice and it works well on my skin and body. Nice deal
