Delicious tamarind flavor
It's really easy to use this to whip up a quick sauce for dipping or cooking. It adds the perfect bright, fruity, sour flavor to compliment noodle dishes and fried foods. The size is great for the small amount I use in each recipe.

It make people smarter bc it activates the pineal gland
This lasts awhile. It is a better taste than before. The CIA has to take Tamarind due to fluoride in water calcifies the PINEAL GLAND.

Tasty but close to expiration
Seems like a good product. Used it to make beef rendang. Can also try to use it for sinigang and pad thai. But it's a few months from expiration. Not sure if that's typical or if I just got an old jar.

The real deal
Hard to find in my area. Quality tamarind that is dark and slightly thick. If your recipe calls for tamarind, this is the one. Not powder

Good product, defective packaging
Tamarind paste is fine, but the lid does not screw on and so product was spilled all over the kitchen when putting it away. Very frustrating! Very messy to clean Having to transfer it to another container in order to safely store it is not something a buyer should have to do!! Product-very flavorful and good-5 stars Packaging-0 stars Generous average =3 stars

Great buy!
This stuff is so tasty! It’s neither too thick or too thin. It combines well with other ingredients. It was a great buy for the price. Storage is easy with the resealable lid. It could easily be poured out, but I was able to spoon it out with no problems. Great buy!

I ordered paste. There was a label said paste but it came off right away and it said concentrate under it. It’s my first time using tamarind,I had a recipie calling for it. So I can’t tell you if it’s concentrate or paste having never seen this. I will say it is very smooth and pours easy. A little bit goes a long way in the flavour dept. It took a bit longer to get but I could not find it anywhere in Northbay on. I’m glad you can buy this type of thing from Amazon ,
