I’m not the biggest fan of the fact that people will be paying for more of these than they can actually consume before they expire. Why not just sell them at a lower cost in quantities that make more sense than having half the bottle expire if you follow the 1 every 5 day recommendation as an individual? Sure you can share them or take them more frequently but the product is needlessly confusing, especially for people who just want to take a supplement and be done with it.The recommendation is to use one soft gel every five days, which is technically higher than the recommended dose in a single day. Though with that said, that recommendation is a general purpose one that may or may not be applicable to everyone.The truth is the correct dosages and frequencies are unique to each person and can differ drastically, if you’re in doubt you should consider getting some blood tests and adjust it accordingly. You’d have to be taking between 40k and 100k daily for an entire month to reach toxic levels, so even if you’re forgetful and happen to take an extra couple here and there and it will do no harm whatsoever.These are easy to take, they’re basically flavourless, and there is no real aftertaste or discomfort when taking them. A swig of water and they go down very quickly and easily.The price per soft gel is also quite high at almost 5 pence each, other brands sell them in varying quantities for as little as 1 pence a gel for 4000 IU strength.Overall, these are two to three times more expensive than many alternatives and complicate what should realistically be a simple process.
