Didnt want to have any permanent mounting tape on my new car windshield. This was a great option! Stays put and not intrusive.

Have to replace my suction cuff and this did the job perfectly...

It’s a nice mount, although the attachment ball to my Garmin Dashcam was a little small. It was not able to hold in the place I wanted it to be. I was able to fix this by adding a little bit of paper in the hole to fill in the extra space:)

I purchased this for my new Garmin Dash Cam 47. I wanted the convenience of using the dashcam in my motorhome as well as my auto. I didn't like the idea of mounting self adhesive metal plates in each vehicle as this limited me to mounting locations. The suction mount gives me the ability to mount it anywhere on the windshield. It seems very heavy duty for the small dashcam and it is rigid once installed. I am very happy with this purchase.

Only giving one start just cause it has a really good suction cup and nice movement. But other then that I would give no starts! The ball mount that is supposed to fit in the camera is a lose fit so it doesn’t do what it’s intended for and the listing showed it worked with my camera! In the picture with the purple circle is the factory mount which is absolutely solid! The factory mount is every so slightly bigger then the one in this kit! In the video you can see how bad this mount truly is compared to the factory mount!

About once a week I have to mount this back to my windshield. I have cleaned the glass, the suction cup and everything else. There is no dust, no residue and nothing that should hinder the suction but it is great when you driving down the road and the whole thing falls off and makes sure you are still awake!
