The item came precharged and worked exactly for 15 days. In my attempt to recharge the device I realized the charging port would not work. I tried with various charging cables of the same type - cables that I use to charge other devices such as water pump and toothbrush etc. None of them worked. It is amazing how the charge is engineered to only last for 15 days and once the return window is over you realise that it is a faulty product. It was a waste of both money and effort and I would not recommend anyone to buy it. Thankfully I bought it when there was a steep drop in price so I did not end up wasting much money

This was a triel for electrical facial tool and I was impressed as it provides a good massage to the face and neck, good quality product.

The product is not vacuumed and has already been used, and the device itself is different from the picture on the box, and the charging cable is for a different device. It is really disappointing and awful.

Overall its a good product but only its not charging and any signs of charging not indicated

So the product itself doesn’t work like it’s displayed. It doesn’t even look like the display picture. I tried pushing all the buttons and there is no light setting. It charges but it only vibrates and it’s not doing much. So all in all very dissatisfied and worst part I could return it because the box got damaged while opening.
