Have had g.i. issues and a recent surgery. These produce way more comfort stability and support as opposed to gauze. Nothing is perfect but these will do just fine. Second time I've purchased mine.

As others have stated, the pads are a bit big, my complaint is about the thickness - just a bit too thick when folded to be comfortableThe "tool" was especially disappointing. It's just a piece of tag board with a printed on design to make it look less disposable

This is a great product for those people struggling with any kind of rectal leakage--they are on the spendy side but if you don't use them every day they work great and will last for quite a while. I am thankful for this product as there is not many options available to the general public that I know of. I will definitely purchase these again. Please keep them on Amazon.com!!

Using this instead of B-Sure pads for occasional use. Just as absorbant and not some funky shape that is difficult to align. Probably need a little "junk in the trunk" to hold on place, but no problems here :pSomeone mentioned wanting an adhesive?? Ouch, no thanks! HahaWish they were cheaper. Seem expensive for what they are and can do without the tool. Best option I've found so far until I can find a cheaper alternative.UPDATE:I've found Band Aid 4x4 gauze pads to be just, if not more effective, more comfortable and less expensive.

So, gathering from some other reviews, this is more appropriate for "big butts". Fine... I have a bigger butt, so thought I'd be ok. In that regard, the size is about right. But just to make this short(er), the shape should probably be more oval to cover a little more inner area, and yes, it feels like a scrubbing pad, even with an ample amount of cream on it - especially when sitting upright in a chair, etc. So my opinion to the makers would be... oval it, and, find a different material to use. Otherwise it's just a no as-is.
