Fun item with jolly graphics.

Sharp edges
Bought for children's party. And very popular with the kids. However they are quite thin and the plastic wrapping around each band is a little on the sharp side, so just be aware.

Terrible buy
These are not slap bands just Chinese metal measures covered in one layer of a paper pattern. Within one minute of being worn you will have scratched wrists and the paper falls off the metal. Really disappointing do not buy!!! Had to throw them in the bin

Great for short time fun
The quality is what you can expect for the price. It happens very quickly that the edges get open and the metal inside is visible. I cant say that it is safe because of that. But for short time it is fun for a child to play with, but after that, it is important you throw them away, because they become dangerous.
