HSGIHigh Speed Gear Reflex IFAK System | Roll and Carrier | Medical Supply Holder (Multicam Black)

Added this to my Battle Belt. I had a complete IFAk on my Plate carrier and what a pain. The quality and comfort of this IFAk is so much better. It sets on my belt at the rear, creating a much needed lumbar support while setting. The bag hods everything I need in case of a catastrophic injury while in terrible situations. I have a compression bandage, chest seals, scissors, Z-Pac gauze, tape, CAT, airway tube, bleed stop, Gloves, and other critical items in my kit. I wish I had this in Iraq! My plate carrier is green, so I like breaking it up with other colors that help CAMO it and break up the outline. I live in the sticks, so I want to match nature.

Purchased this and another cheap knock-off to compare. Sent the knock off right back. Honestly doesn’t even come close other than appearance. The HSGI feels durable, the pull handles feel like they can take some good tugs. Fits everything I need and I love the expandable pockets that can be strapped down to make everything more compact. Versatile enough to even be able to slide my sheers on the outside for quick access.

Awesome IFAK. Placed medical items insides. Secure, rugged, sturdy material. Awesome product.

A bit large, but all the better to store all your IFAK. It's decent quality and holds my gear well. The internal carrier fits snug and won't shift unless you pull it.My only issue is that if you run a TQ in the shock cord like in the photos, you'll most likely need someone else to deploy it. The CAT TQ gets tangled up in the shock cord. The shock cord must be loosened and the TQ removed with two hands, not very convenient to do behind your back.

Good quality, but the price far exceeds the value. Wayy overpriced!!
