Are these OTG cables?

I have not tried it that way, if I understand what you are asking. I can confirm the cable transmits data quickly. I use my HX Stomp as an audio interface with these into Apple MainStage and there is no added latency or signal degradation from what I can tell. Devices don’t care the type of data—just that it’s data. OTG is more like the Apple CCK (camera connection kit) which these ports do not match to. So I have no idea what you are trying to use with that need using a USB-B port.
