I use this in my home office and find that the brightness tricks me into not knowing what time of day it is. I tend to be more productive and less easily distracted as a result. I intended to get two initially but the first one turned out to be plenty bright enough.Well made product with the goose neck just about the right level of firmness. Easy to reshape and stiff enough to hold the lamp. Touch sensitive switch has been reliable and intuitive to use. Three light settings are available but I only use the brightest.All in a good buy and happy to recommend.

I really don't understand the negative reviews of this lamp. I've had mine for almost two years now, and it's been faultless throughout. It is infinitely flexible, and the ability to change colour palette really works for me. I work from home under a west-facing Velux roof window and the lamp illuminates my laptop keyboard and workstation keyboard when the natural light from the Velux window starts to diminish. Depending on whether it's a gloomy winter's afternoon or a warm summer evening sunset I can adjust the colour palette to suit, ensuring I don't get eye strain. Would highly recommend.

I'm not one who normally leaves reviews, however I wanted to say that this is a perfect desk / reading lamp.I work from home and due to the position of my desk, sit with my back to the window, which often means I block the light. This lamp provides perfect lighting for my screen / laptop without being glaring. With adjustable brightness and colour modes, this lamp is perfect to light up a dim area without being uncomfortable on the eyes. I would highly recommend

Great lamp with only one thing that lets it down (the switch).3 different "warmth" levels are great and can be switched to fit mood or function.Dimmable brightness also means you can adjust for reading or background light or whatever (I'm glad I went for a dimmable lamp as the very brightest setting is too bright for many situations - but great for reading).Clamp fits easily to a bookshelf or table-edge, and is very secure and robust.Gooseneck arm is flexible and sturdy and long enough to reach over to where you are reading (some other lamps have arms that are way too short, making them only useful for sitting at an actual desk - this one you can sit in an armchair and have the lamp attached to a nearby shelf or high side table).The one thing that lets it down is the temperamental touch-switch, which is used for turning lamp on/off (single tap) and changing the warmth (double-tap) or dimming/brightening (tap and hold). It is really unreliable in terms of its response to these different taps.For the price, though, and the fact that everything else is great, I am prepared to overlook this (if you'll pardon the pun!) - shame, though, because if this switch was more reliable it would be a 5 star no-brainer...

An overall excellent replacement for an old fluorescent tube hobby lamp that I use over PC monitors to provide light for my home office desk. The different light shades are useful under different conditions, and it seems well made and sturdy. I can't comnent on the lifetime of this, but the first impressions are good.. it fits the use case well for me. In contrast to some reviews of this I find it easy to control and adjust to my needs. You do not need to go through different settings to turn it on / off - a simple tap does the job

If the only anchor point you have is the desk it will sit above, don't worry, the height is perfect to loop up and then tilt down. I have it anchored to a shelf on a very close book case shelf and the twisty flexy nature of the light allows me to put it anywhere I wish. It holds its own weight very well, but how long that will last ... who can say. Would recommend.

The lamp looks great and feels decent quality, I'd like it to be brighter though - its fine to be used above a monitor etc but I'm using it for electronic assembly and need a little more light to enable me to see the tiny components better. The colour temperature adjustment is brilliant and all the settings are easy to adjust.Would certainly recommend, looks good - works well. Get one if you need a workstation light!
