I had been using Yerba Prima daily fiber for several years before I lost my job. I cut out taking this when I cut back all my expenses while locating a new job.So grateful to be back working so I could resume using it! I don’t need it to have a bm, but it’s helpful.Also, if I drink a serving before a meal, it’s easier to stay within my chosen eating habits, rather than overeating.I can’t taste any flavor, and it mixes well with water. I do notice that if I don’t drink it immediately, it makes the water thick. The few times I’ve let that happen, it was easy to fix by adding more water and stirring a bit.Yerba Prima daily fiber is a natural fiber product. It has no sweeteners, no fillers and no flavoring at all. I like this because I’m picky and rarely like the flavor of flavored fiber products.

I didn't realize this was powder form, not capsules that I usually take. I'm glad I accidently bought this. I used to have to drink a bunch of water with the pill form and still sometimes wound up constipated. Powder form is great! And you get A LOT!Love this brand. I never use any other for fiber!

My daily scoop blends easily into one-half can of a V-8 Energy Pomegranate Blueberry Juice for a yummy way to keep my system happy. (I use a plastic cup with a id & drinking spout that has a wire spiral inside to effectively blend the dry ingredients with the juice when I shake it for a few seconds.) I also believe it may help with the gradual weight loss I have experienced without other efforts over the past few years. Great product and this vendor has a competitive price too!

Doesn't tast the best and you need to get used to drinking it every day, but it works and that's why you're buying it.

This was recommended for a Crohns colitis patient as it is easier on the colon than plain psyllium. Our last order seemed slightly different though. It isn’t dissolving in water as easily and stays clumped. Is there a quality control issue?

I have bought and used this stuff for years. But the last bottle I got made me very very sick. Because I've used this for a long time, I didn't suspect that it is what made me sick. But yesterday I took some again from the same bottle, and got extremely sick again! It was like food poisoning but much more intense and over quicker.
