Update: I was sent a new ornament pretty quickly. It was packaged securely this time and arrived safely. I know my granddaughter will love it. Thank you for your prompt and professional response.Although it is a beautiful ornament I purchased for my granddaughter, it was packaged in one of those brown envelopes, which in my opinion is not properly packaged, and most likely lead to the ornaments breakage. I really need a replacement as soon as possible.
