Bad taste but it works well. Bought capsules to help get it down. Tried mixing with different ingredients but it makes everything bitter.

Good magnesium supplement. I don’t like taking pills so this powder is great. Fair warning, it does taste like fish, so if you can’t handle not so pleasant tasting things, this is not for you lol. I just down it, works for me ;)

This peach mango flavor is surprisingly good. It mixes smooth, no clumps, and actually tastes like peach mango instead of chalk. I take it about thirty minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby. I wake up feeling rested instead of groggy, and the recovery benefits are noticeable the next morning after a heavy lift day. If you want something that tastes great and helps you wind down at night, this is absolutely worth it.

The common factor I see here in reviews is mixing difficulties. Some minor some much more frustrated and bailout of whole idea and into the trash it goes. Second is flavor. The difference between these 2 groups and others who bless this product is the Ph (acid,neutral or alkaline) of the water or liquid you are using. Since this product is from an alkaline mineral the liquid will mix well and flavor will be altered more to neutral if liquid is mildly acidic. So a water or such,if it had a higher ph close to the powder mixing ph then it would struggle to dissolve fast enough for you. Add a little bit of acidity to the liquid at a time mixing after each test. You won't need much the general ratio of acid to alkaline to reach near neutrality is 0.3 acid to 1.0 alkaline. Now this is just for natural electrolytes. An acid like vinegar or citric acid or acidic fruit like lemon or lime or even cranberry make electrolyte consumption flavorful. Don't get frustrated and throw it in the trash, try again and your body will be happier and that frustration will wither away.

Mixes well. I guess it has no flavor--I haven't used it in plain water yet.

I bought a jar and it was fine. It tasted terrible, but whatever, I can deal with that. I never felt like this was helping, but I know supplements can take time. With that in mind, I ordered another jar, when I was almost out. The second jar arrived. I immediately opened it, and was surprised to see it looked shimmery. The old jar was solid white, not shiny, and very fine in texture. This one looks very sandy. It has what looks like crystal flecks, as well as dark flecks. At first I thought the silica packet had broken, but that was not the case. At this point I’m thinking all products can differ slightly. And it was sealed, so it’s fine, right? The day after I started the 2nd jar, I immediately went down hill… migraines, confusion, nausea, you name it. I was literally too sick and confused to put these two events together. It would be several days before I missed my daily dose, and was able to say holy COW, and understand what was happening. I stopped taking it 3 days ago. I’m feeling better and better everyday. You need to know that they are NOT shipping the same product everytime. This is dangerous as I have severe food and drug allergies. I will probably never know what I actually ingested, but I suggest you find a different product, one that is consistent in production. And yes both taste HORRIBLE!

Taste makes me nauseous! I love this supplement company but the flavor of this one makes me sick! Great magnesium content though! Puts me right to sleep!

Mixes well with water. Drinking it with your nose pinched prevents any unpleasant smell, leaving only a pleasant, slightly sweet taste. Great product!
