Poirier's Louisiana Style KO Edition Hot Sauce - Single Bottle

The KO Edition is a well earned name. There is some real warmth to this one - it's right on the edge of being of being just hot enough that it gives you a nice, satisfying burn without going overboard. What really stands out is the Ghost Pepper flavor. It's very aromatic. It's not hot just to burn you. It has a real satisfying flavor that I'd say is even a bit savory thanks to the Louisana style taste. The non-KO edition is probably more traditional, but this one mixes it up. Totally recommend you try it.

This sauce is fantastic. Super smokey roasted chili in the right way, with a good burn. I will not only buy this again, I will suggest this to any other chili heads I know. Well done!

Diamond's K.O. Edition is one of the best Ghost Pepper sauces I've ever had.

This is the most ‘heated’ sauce that I’ve had from Poirier. It’s more of a Smokey BBQ sauce with more pepper heat than you expect. It’s great with beef and chicken. It marinates tri tip and London broil well and helps tenderize too. Not for the faint of heart.

Bought for my husbands stocking. If your person is a UFC fan they will appreciate this!

Good, but this packs HEAT. If you’re sensitive then it’s not for you.

I ordered this because the original wasn’t hot enough for me, and man did this satisfy that need. Completely different flavor but still good. Big fan of the original, and now the K.O. Edition. Can’t wait to get the other third flavor in.

I love hot sauce with my meals and if you like some to this is the perfect sauce for you. Definitely has some heat 🔥to it but really good flavor too. Dustin did good to make this product available. 💎
