A little difficult to install.
The holes weren't exactly lined up, so they were a little challenging to install. Having said that, they appear to work well, but the first trip will tell.

Universal, but did not match up with screw holes
The pre drilled holes did not line up with my luggage; even though the measurements matched the discription.

Not exact fit
The screw holes were slightly off from my suitcase, but it was easy to just drill new holes. The shape fits my suitcase perfectly, so it worked out. It has already survived two flights.
