We love the gentle rain shower head and hand held for higher pressure. High quality brass and chrome finish but best of all was their customer service. This fixture is installed in a new home and the rough plumbing went in a year before finish, at which time we discovered the plumber had set the valve too deep. Tile was already in. We were in a pickle! We contacted Starbath and within 24 hours they replied, asked for more detail and pictures. One day later they fabricated a valve extension and shipped it immediately. This did the trick! I highly recommend this company and their product.

Finally used today for the first time since it was installed. I couldn't comment on the ease of install because I didn't do it myself. You don't have any control over the water pressure but the shower head does feel like 'rain'. I was concerned before buying because of the "no-name" brand and one of the other reviews. The entire unit I received was all metal as opposed to one other review saying the spray nozzle was plastic. Not this one. Surprised for the $ value. My installer actually asked where I bought it because he wanted to get one for a spare bathroom in his place.

Looks great. Has a nice weight to it.We haven't started using yet, but wanted to post a install issue we had. If going over tile you will need to bring the mixer valve out a little farther then you may think. The knob switching between the shower and handheld needs to account for the depth of the small knob. The hot/cold knob worked out fine , but the valve stem for the small knob did not meet.

Bought this a few years ago. Never realized until recently that this shower head has very little pressure anymore. When we first installed, it seemed fine…but now the only way to get any pressure is to use the handheld. The overhead is terrible!

Paid over $300 to have this installed and for some reason when the waterfall shower head is tilted it starts dripping water even when the faucet handle is off. Constantly have to make sure the head is even and leveled or else I’ll flood. Ive nEver had this happen with US parts. I can’t get it. Didn’t realize the drip till 6 month when we left it tilted and it almost flooded the house. I think I paid $300 for it plus $300 to have it installed. Huge mistake. Go with US parts, much easier than trying to reach out to some company in china who aren’t to interested. Gotta live with it for now…. Very broke.. Ty Amazon for helping in my demise.

I considered many different options before finally selecting this shower system. I cannot comment on the installation as our contractor did all of that, but the look is sleek and beautiful; the rainfall shower head is mild and the power of the wand is adjustable to one's own preference. I like that this system allows you to control the water flow as well as the temperature. The stronger the flow, the stronger the pressure from the wand, while the overhead rainfall is luxurious.In fact, the installers asked for purchasing information because they thought it was fantastic. I can highly recommend this.

We purchased this for one of our bathrooms because it came with the rainfall and hand-held shower all as one (valve and everything). The install instructions do not make sense and the valve is not (or did not appear to be) American. Our first plumber told us to return it because if it has issues you can't easily fix it by going to the hardware store. I watched the facebook install video and it was useless. The video I saw was in an Asian country and included drilling into concrete. Most American homes are not build in concrete. I messaged them on facebook about the install and never received a response. We ended up hiring a plumber to install it. He had to purchase/retrieve several pieces that did not come with the set but were needed. He added a wood piece to the frame for the hand-held shower and additional wood to the shower arm. He felt the shower arm was poorly designed because it puts a lot of weight on one area. Hopefully the pictures are helpful on what the valve looks like after being installed by a professional. We have yet to actually try it. It looks nice but can't rate it on the actually performance or how well it actually holds up. We have a water line for the backyard which is at the bottom of the shower install.

We installed this in our new home, it’s a beautiful product that works really great! I was a little worried as the price point is so reasonable, you always wonder if you’re really getting a quality product. It is well-made, and the wand actually has amazing water pressure, it has very high output, so whether you want the rain shower or a wall mount, it’s the best of both worlds. We’re very happy with it!
