These beet gummies are supposed to help lower blood pressure in the normal range. I already take a blood pressure pill but use these for augmentation. I do not know if it works but my blood pressure has been normal. Most of the literature says that these type of gummies may help lower already normal blood pressure by a few points.

I've tried a few different kinds of beet root gummies and I like these the best and have been buying them for months and now have them on auto-delivery (subscribe & save). Highly recommend!
