Soft and Delicious
I wouldn't call these cookies, but more of almost a soft candy-like goodie. They are delicious though, not too sweet. They are soft, they come apart easily, and have a good coconut flavor balance. They are pricey and the bag is quite small though.

I love all the Emmy's cookies. We buy them regularly. They are great tasting and healthful. One is usually enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

OMG...I absolutely adore these cookies ! The distinct coconut AND vanilla just jump out at me with every bite 😋I honestly don't recall how much I paid for them...all I think about when I see that cute little package is how happy my taste buds are gonna be real soon.If you, like me, have fallen hard for the tastes and aroma of vanilla and coconut together, I'm pretty sure you might feel the same joyful experience when you taste one of these little goodies. Bon appetite !!!

GOOD!!
I am a big fan of coconut so when I found these through Whole Foods I decided to give them a try. Boy, I’m so glad I did! The vanilla and coconut together are just my cup of tea, which by the way, you’re going to need handy as the coconut finds every recess in you teeth and gums! No matter, they’re well worth it and I discovered they’re even better refrigerated! They’re very dense so a couple usually do it for me and that’s not usually the case with cookies and me!

Yuck
As other reviewers have mentioned, this is definitely not a macaroon!!! I have no idea why it is described as such. I took one bite of this gooey, coconut blob, and wanted to throw it away. I forced myself to have another bite of it, mostly due to the price I had paid… The second bite was as disgusting as the first. If you happen to love raw coconut mixed with some water and perhaps goo, then you might like this.
