It fits ok...but is a tad small. I absolutely love the pocket....that really helps for the car key when working out. The key doesn't slip out and it means I do not have to leave my car keys laying around when at the gym. It also is large enough to fit my inhaler....that let's me feel safer when working out. The seams are REALLY thick...they catch on things. The seams at the bottom of the thigh is tight. It does not stretch like the other seams. It is actually a bit uncomfortable, bordering on painful. These are really good for support. I pulled them on, and man....everything pulled up, in and WOW. I pulled my exercise dress over and suddenly, no bulges, lumps, and bumps. When working out, they provide support right where needed. Oh, and they are lined with a weird fabric. It has a strange texture, but isn't uncomfortable. It does mean that I have to check to make sure there is no white fabric hanging out at the bottom. Not great, but not a deal breaker. If not for the uncomfortable tightness at the bottom, these would be 5 stars...and possibly more if that were possible.

The high waist edge fits snuggly an inch or two below my bust while the rest fits fine, though would prefer it to be a little tighter in the stomach area (had second child about 8 months ago). At 5'0" the shorts end a couple inches above my knees where I wanted. There's a little rid up but normal for any stretchy short material I've worn, no rolling. I ordered a medium based on others reviews of the product being a bit larger and it fits fine for now but may need to get a small when I drop a few more pounds (currently around 155-160lbs if that helps anyone). Uncertain how the infusion is affecting anything but I do appreciate the high waist and long shorts.

I read the reviews and I was bordering between buying a medium or large and decided to get a medium. I'm glad I did. It's not tight and fits me well. I have large thighs and hips compared to the rest of my body. I did but this to help me sweat more from my mid section. I am sweating more but not bucket loads more. Just the "I'm wearing an extra set of pants under my workout pants" account of extra sweat. So I'm a little disappointed because of that.The pant waist line ends at my rib cage about 2 inches below my breasts. I'd say I have an average length torso.Overall pants are alright.

I love them .. yes a bit snug but only because I ordered the wrong size. Love the feel, comfort and doesn't roll up/down while I am working out. Best exercise shorts I've ever bought. I am very curvy (small waist, very big hips and backside) so it has always been difficult to find that perfect fit and they fall just below my bra line and nothing bulges out. I actually look & feel slimmer. You can wear these under your clothing. Compression shorts, which are lined and I really love the fit.UPDATE: Bought these in Feb. and I still consider these the best workout pants I've ever bought (not too tight) fits snug, holds everything in and adds a little resistance during my workout & retains the sweat. They fit great, holds everything in and has helped my thunder thighs slim down (big problem area). Even my sister-on-law has commented on how nice my legs look.The issues some people are having, the smell after an intense workout. I workout at home so it's not a problem for me. for those that work out at the gym bring a change of clothes especially if you take public transportation. The other issue is the slight swishing sound... for this you can wear a pair of capris on top, if the sound bothers you.All in all the benefits of these exercise shorts have been a great benefit for me and I would suggest spending the money, they are worth it and they are of very good quality.

The weight of the fabric is perfect. I was looking for something to do hot yoga in that was substantial, but not super heavy. These fit the fill. The other reason I ordered them was the high waist (trust me, no one wants to see my belly at my age). My issue is that the waist is too small to fit over my 46" hips. It's not stretchy enough and I can feel the stitching in the elastic break as I try. Fortunately, I'm on a diet and losing weight, so plan to shrink into these. But be forewarned if you are similarly "hippy". I'm 5'2", 167lbs for reference. I think they'll fit in the hips, but I can't tell yet!?!

I was so excited to find these swim shorts/athletic stretch shorts. Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!!! I am extremely pleased with the quality of the fabric and workmanship!!! This is a very high quality garmet that looks and feels like the expensive bathing suit bottom I was hoping for. I ordered the 2XL, and I'm almost 5'4" inches in height, and weigh about 185. Since I'm kind of short, I didn't have any issues with a camel toe that other reviewers complained of, but I suspect, they may have a longer torso than me, and that might possibly strain that area. This fit me very comfortably and is not tight at all. I have a plump abdomen from having babies, and this fit me very nicely. I had bought a beautiful bathing suit top, and I needed bottoms that covered me up better. I'm starting some pool exercises, and I need to feel confident in my bathing suit, and not self conscious about my flabby inner thighs or fluffy abdomen. This short is perfect. Holds in and camoflauges my inner thighs and snugs up my abdomen and midriff, and the high waist does not roll down. Thank you Delfin Spa for these beautiful bathing suit shorts, and a second chance at getting into better shape.
