I don’t know how many weeks I started taking it before my last blood test, but it confirmed that my levels are in the normal range. I was deficient for many years. I’ve been taking 2 tablets, so 4000 I.U.s a day, for several months. Have missed some days here and there. The tablets are very small, so should be easy for most people to take. I like that Amazon offers a lot of Vegetarian and Vegan supplements. This one is Vegetarian. I will continue to buy if the price stays reasonable.

This what it was of the vitamin was perfect size.I have a hard time swallowing large ones and these perfect and just the perfect amount.The vitamins were just what I was looking for. Perfect size easy to swallow good price.

So glad these are tablets. All I previously could find are the gel tablets which seem to roll off your hand onto the floor. These are real tablets, easy to take and this one bottle is a years supply. Recommended product.
