Solid, well designed and value for money product ! Quite happy with the performance!

The GreenSoul ATOM chair is a solid ergonomic option for budget-conscious users. It offers good lumbar support, breathable mesh back, and adjustable features like height and armrests, making it comfortable for long hours. While build quality is decent, the plastic components may feel less premium. Overall, it's a great value-for-money chair for home offices or casual use.

The screws fell off within a week. I could not screw again as the threads seems to be not catching. I reported and they promptly sent me new back with good threads and new bolts. It fitted well. I commend their service. The chairs are very comfortable and the best office chair that I have ever bought.

Satisfied with the product

After using this product for more than a year, I believe I've enough data points to add to this review.1. Within 15 days, 2 of the 5 wheels broke. I chose to order new set of wheels which I like instead of requesting the same cheap quality wheel set from the seller2. The cushion lost its firmness within 4 months. I agree I'm a heavy man. But other chairs have taken my weight well. Now there is a pothole on the chair with a shape of my bum3. The fit and finish might look great to the eye, but the experience change when you sit long working hours on the this. It creech, wobble and makes noise. Think I didn't assemble it correctly?, I disassemble it and assembled it 3 times just to scratch this offTl;dr, if you're looking for a working chair which let's you concentrate on your work, do not buy this.

Easy to assemble chair - can be done by single person. Four sets of screws to attach components. Pleasant surprise in caps provided to cover screw holes. The under side could have been more solid and neat. Presently paper cloth is stapled rather amateurishly ( see pic)

I have been using the chair for 3 months now.Pros: According to the price point, the chair stands to its value.The movement is free and comfortable.DIY Assembly was easy and took around 30mins.Sturdy on the base.Cons: It's not super comfortable but you can add another cushion and backrest pillow to go with it.It is a bit stiff and the backrest feels uneasy if you lean onto it.To conclude, According to the budget it provides comfort. And within its price range I think it is a great option.
