Helps keep me focused

I have enjoyed these so far. They are easy to take, and I can tell a difference in my ability to focus. Since I am able to focus more, I do not get as frustrated and therefore have also seen improvement in my mood.

Have been taking most of the ingredients in Cereven for many years. Taking them combined into one supplement is super convenient. Since I stopped taking all the ingredients in this for 20 days to test it I can tell you that taking Cereven is as effective as taking most of them separately.Even though I think it is a good blend, and is super convenient, I will not continue taking this. The major disadvantage here is Premier Research Labs does not break out the actual amounts of each ingredient in the formula. They just break it out into groups (like "NeuroSynergy", "Neuroclease", etc). Proprietary formulas are okay if you are just looking for one supplement to address a specific issue (like brain fog). I just need more quantity control than this. If you don't, I highly recommend Cereven.

Because of FDA regulations about unregulated supplements none of my review contains any claims about the efficacy of the product towards any benefit medical, psychological or otherwise.My primary review of supplements revolves around the company making them and the known quality and purity of the supplement ingredients.This company Premier Research Labs is fairly well-known in the supplement industry. They are USA based, have a presence on major social media, and sell in many online and retail stores. (As compared to fly-by-night supplement companies that only exist on Amazon.) This gives me good confidence that the company stands by their products and is worth my business.The company makes claims that its facilities are FDA monitored and other quality statements on the bottle. However, it makes no claims that it's products are certified by third party laboratories for the quality, purity, and consistency of the ingredients claimed on the bottle. Normally this indicates very low confidence in the products quality, purity, and consistency. The companies specific statements are thorough, however, that it tests for metal contamination, pathogens, adulterants, and that the species of plants used in the preparation are known are helpful, but not all that reassuring. They also claim the sources used are non-GMO, which only the low-information customer cares about. Other claims about the ingredients are not radiation or chemically sterilized leaves you wondering how is it sterilized otherwise, as radiation or chemical sterilization has no distinction to the end product. These other extra claims cater to ignorant customers and push me away from taking them seriously.

I use multiple supplements from Premier Research Labs, and they are always top notch ingredients . This brain support supplement is a great addition. Like most 'brain food' supplements they take time to see results and never happen overnight for me. I tend to use them as a preventative, and to protect my cognitive functions as I get older. Pills are easy to swallow and do not upset stomach.
