Size is quite big..more than I had expected(see size in comparison with tatasky remote size), that's a good thing. Material is also good n sturdy. Got one screw less though. Waisey very good product. A good purchase👍.

It is not made for night vision, the Lance blocks the clarity at night. There no clamps to hold camera inside. Over all not great design.

Even my CCTV person did not know a product like this existed till I checked it online and ordered. Very good product and although they say the recent CCTV cameras especially bullet cameras are all waterproof / weather proof , a cap like this helps prevent too much direct water seepage onto the camera which I feel helps in the longrun . Although would say as a % to camera cost slightly on the higher side , but will it protect the camera offcourse the answer is a big yes. Only one small aspect is its made of plastic and not fibre , had it been fibre would have been much better and perhaps the cost can be lower . Overall I am very happy with the product I received and would recommend to anyone looking for a product like this . Quality is good. Can’t predict how it will survive the harsh Indian heat in long term. Large enough for a bullet camera too. Can be used to not only protect an outdoor bulb but Improves lighting too as it blocks the light dispersing upwards. Thus we will have the flexibility of using the wattage of our choice depending on the place of use. This way you can avoid those stupid outdoor bulbsets which dim due to accumulation of dust both inside and outside the glass cover over a period of time. Will I buy it again? of course YES.

Useless. Because original video and picture quality of the camera is going to be very poor due to bad quality of glass. Specifically the output of night vision is going to be worsed.
