Product works great, would have been a 5 star if syncing ...
Product works great, would have been a 5 star if syncing the receiver and collar we're just a lil bit easier, was about 15 tries and still didn't do what instructions said it would once paired, but it works so I left it. My pup was constantly chasing my cats, and not to play, but a few warnings on beep and vibrate then a shock it worked, she stopped chasing after 2 shocks set on 45, now just a reminder from the vibrate and she stops immediately and this was on the first day that I used it. She does have a wireless fence for outside that also shocks and beeps as a warning, I do recommend not using the beep as a warning because they associate it with their boundry, it beeped her in the Livingroom and at first she wouldn't go into the Livingroom after that so I just started using the vibrate, if that makes sense. It's very hard to train a dog for different things using the same type method as it does confuse them, as I found out with her thinking it was a boundry thing and not a NO kitty thing, I also make sure when giving her a warming with the vibrate that I firmly say NO hoping that she won't confuse the shock with her boundry, but she's more or less trained yo the warming beep on her boundry so it's important not to use the beep as a warning, they will confuse the 2, so the vibrate works great for the warning and after 3 days of that she no longer confuses the 2. My brother has the same wireless set up as I do, the pet safe containment system, he also needed a training collar for his pup, he went with pet safe, $100 set up, same thing collar with remote and rechargable. I didn't have the money to spend as I'm disabled and on a budget, I searched amazon and found this one for $30, I'll admit I was hesitant it wouldn't work, they say you get what you pay for and honestly thought the $100 pet safe was the way to go, I was very wrong!! It works the same does the same almost looks the same. I glad I took a chance and look forward to doing business again and have already recommended your company to others, you definitely have a future customer here. Thank you for making an affordable product that works!!

Perfect Training Tool!
I bought this collar because we do not have a fenced in yard, my dog like squirrels just a little too much, and I wanted him to enjoy the freedom of being off a leash. (We live in the country.) My dog has had experience with shock collars before, and he already knows what the beeping sound means, it means that the next thing is a static shock. We previously had a wireless fence with base station, and he's been zapped before.I put this collar on him, take him outside, and walk with him to the boundaries I want him to know, and I beep the collar when he gets to it, and he immediately turns back.He saw a cat outside, and took off after it, (he is a hunting dog). I beeped the collar, and he came to a sliding stop, and turned back.Pros:- The range is pretty great, for how small this remote looks. He can get a good couple hundred yards away from me, and the collar will still register my commands.- The construction seems quite durable, and the battery lasts a very long time.- You get two collars in the pack, which is great they give you a choice of which type of collar you want to use. (The cloth collar seems more durable and better quality than the other.)Cons:- There is no type of guide in the manual that gives you reference points on the strength of the static shock settings. 0-100 is a huge selection to choose from, and with no reference, it's difficult to gauge where you should be at in that range for the size and weight of your dog.- There needs to be a feature, where if the dog manages to get out of range of the remote, and it loses it's connection, it will automatically beep or static shock, to get the dog to return. Like a safeguard.Other than that, the collar is amazing and works absolutely perfect. I've had no problems so far.

Best service and wonderful product
We recently added a yellow lab pup to our brood. We out her into a training class almost immediately to get her started on the basics. Originally, I never would entertain the thought of so-called "shock" collars, but this this type came highly recommended as a way to reinforce her behavior training. We have never had to use the shock mode - we use what we call "buzz" mode, and even on a low setting, she is responsive. We noticed positive effects right away - literally within the first few minutes she had it on. It is the perfect way to refocus her when she gets distracted during training and has helped immensely with issues like jumping up and completely eliminated the issue of nipping at our ankles and our other dog.She managed to get hold of the collar while it was on her (my fault for not trimming the collar to a small enough size and leaving a long "tail" that she managed to use to remove it from around her neck). I emailed the company to ask if I could buy replacement resin covers. Their response? They sent me an entirely new unit, no questions asked. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Great product and fabulous support. I highly recommend this for anyone whose dog may need some help with it's training regimen.

100+lb German Shepard/Lab works great at low shock, almost never have to use shock hes learned very quickl to listen to the beep
Great little shock collar, use it on my German shepard/lab. he's just over a year old and had a problem with darting way over into the neighbors yard when you take him out to the bathroom or yard to play. After the first shock he learned to listen to the beep, every once in a while he ignores the beeps and vibrates but not often. He's over a hundred pounds very fit and a shock number 35-40 seems to be just enough to irritate him with out hurting him. He has thick flat hair so every time I put it on him I have to raise it up his neck against the grain of his fur otherwise the shock has no effect even at max. FYI VERY IMPORTANT (in my opinion) you need to know how powerful the shock is that your sending into your pet's neck, before you put it on them hold the collar against your forarm palm side up. start at 10 and work your way up to 100.
