These come in a cardboard box, which is nice since the protection keeps the tubes from being damaged. Each large tube has a smaller tube inside. These do make a crisp, popping sound when stretched. I am not sure about longevity, I think all tubes like this will eventually split and/or break from repeated stretching and compression. The colors are bright, and these are fun to play with.

This is a great toy for 2 year olds and up. It is a really good stretch toy with a plastic type material and they have not broken yet after being smashed, you just separate it again and its back to normal.

Within the first few seconds of gently trying to play with them I creased one. It popped out again, but left an indentation that will likely continue to make creases. So these aren't something that will hold up to much play.But I got them for an art project with marbles. I tested them out before I start assembling the project, and the large ones do indeed fit normal sized marbles nicely. Bonus: the marbles make a satisfying zipping sound when going through the tubes.Though these don't do as strong a zoobing noise of my childhood versions of these. They are just too flimsly to really make a strong sound. Though if you whip one around really fast, there is a bit of a sound.

My 6yr son is extremely hyper and it is very hard to find a toy that holds his attention for longer than 15 minutes. These are the one toy (besides Lego stem building sets) that can keep his attention for a long period of time. He absolutely LOVED them. I really liked that there were thinner smaller ones and not just the one large size. That made it easy for him to build things. He did have a bit of difficulty getting them hooked together. We really had to use a little force to link them into each other but that did not deter him from playing quietly for 3 hours!! He would sit and make different shapes then take them apart and build something entirely new. The were very brightly colored which was appealing. It was neat to watch him use his imagination to play and build.

The media could not be loaded.  Every year we pack 10 shoe boxes for an organization that sends gift boxes to needy children all over the world. So I'm always on the lookout for moderately priced toys that kids from any background would enjoy. My kids have had these (we call) Fidget tubes. They're listed as Pop Tubes/Stretch Tube/Stretch Pop from the SupMLC Store. But, whatever you call them, my kids love them... over and over... but that's okay with me--good clean fun.There are 12 pairs of tubes in 6 different colors: one large, one smaller. You can stretch them out and press them back together and as you do, they make a "pop" sound and the pitch changes as the length of the tube changes. You can slowly pull or quickly pull for different effects. They join together into a circle if you want. You can also tap on them and make some percussion sounds as well.They're brilliantly simple and surprisingly fun. They seem well made and durable enough. We're happy to add them to our Christmas shoe box donations this year and hope some children are blessed to play with these.

I got these for my almost 5-year old nephew since he had one and loved it. I love how many come in the pack - his dad finally fulfilled his dream of swinging one in each hand and having them whistle. They are mess free, durable, SO FUN for kids of all ages, and inspire creativity. Nephew loves it, dad loves it, and even the 2 year old sister had fun chewing on it.
