Bought these to hopeful sort BV which was reoccurring and unpleasant to live with. Now on my second month's bottle and can honestly say they've worked! It wasn't instant, I'd say a good 3 weeks to really sort the problem out, but 6 weeks later and I'm happy and they'll now be a part of my daily routine. Yes they are quite a big tablet and I'm not great taking tablets but find fizzy water does the trick. It's worth the slight unpleasant experience swallowing them as they do work. Happy I found them!

Good product but i found them i little to large to swallow

I tried this probiotic and found it to be effective when taken correctly. The tablet size is medium, but since it's a capsule, it’s smooth and easy to swallow, which makes it less difficult than some other pills. Initially, I made the mistake of taking only half the recommended dose, assuming that many brands encourage higher doses to make you buy more frequently. However, after using the half dose for a while, I didn’t notice any difference. Recently, I had been struggling with pH imbalance due to stress from a recent bereavement, which threw everything off. I stopped taking the probiotic for a few months because I didn’t see any immediate results but after finally following the full dose for four days, I noticed everything returned to normal. So, the key takeaway is that when taken as directed, this is a really good product. If you only take one capsule, it won’t have much of an effect, but when used correctly, it works well.

Well, how am I 52 years old and just now learning that these things even exist. This is like a bottle full of miracles. It worked from day one, DAY ONE. Maybe I was just lucky but I certainly didn’t have to wait to see any benefits. I will say though that it didn’t have any effect on my stomach issues, in fact, I think it made me feel more bloated than before but the fact it’s cured all of my “intimate” problems, I can cope with the bloating. I might try another brand once I’ve finished this bottle if the bloating becomes too much.

The product itself is amazing ! Ive taken one tablet and i have noticed a difference! Odor has completely gone! No discharge ! I struggled with sweating alot down there in the summer time that has absolutely stopped !Downside is the tablets are way too big and honestly very difficult to swallow. I take loads of vitamins daily but this one is the most difficult to take and get stuck at the back of my throat. I saw this in a review before buying however didnt think it would be that bad. However having suffering for many years not find solutions it is well worth it!!Come back for a update on these tablets…Ive found that they have stopped working since taking contraceptives. So ill be trying another brand:)

Really great if you feel that you are about to go through the premenopausal symptoms, two capsules, ok to swallow but effective more or less straight away.

When I first purchased this I didn’t believe that it would help me that I’d be one of the lucky people to finally have somthing help improve their reoccurring bv but boy was I wrong. I have only been taking these for 4 days and have already felt big improvement. There is no smell and no constant discharge I have always struggled with bv and found nothing ever really helped apart from antibiotics but long term it did nothing just kept coming n going which can be really triggering and uncomfortable to deal with all the time. I was googling what I could do and saw taking probiotics might help when I first saw these I read the reviews and was worried as there was a lot of negative weird things being said which in my experience at least I have had. I’ve not only taken 2 of these a day but I also improved my diet not eating as much junk having kefir yoghurt and cranberry juice and it had cleared up within 2 days. I will do an update within a months time to let you guys knoare if long term it stays this way I really hope it does but so far no complaints. The pills aren’t really that big and the capsules go down easy but then again I’ve never had a problem swallowing pills so therefore I’m not sure how other ppl may feel. Also the taste isn’t amazing but u don’t have to taste it u can just swallow straight away with water and have somthing after if it bothered u. But it doesn’t really linger for me personally jus don’t hold it in ur mouth too long. But overall I am super super happy and pray that these do continue to work and improve my overall health down below. If u have reoccurring bv I do recommend trying this and improving ur diet wish I had known about these sooner as it’s not spoken about enough how many of us struggle!!!!
