Loved the idea of the dual function of this product (for an older vehicle) as it’s a car alarm and lock in one.A bit pricey, but considering the 2 uses, thought a worthy purchase for my open top vehicle. Had to wait a while for international delivery, but was happy to wait.Got messaged by a very nice customer service representative to tell me that unfortunately the product was out of stock and I would be refunded immediately. I was of course a bit upset by this and informed them I would write so in my review. However the customer service agent was very good, polite and apologetic.They were very professional and arranged my refund immediately. What’s more, they also told me that the product may still arrive and that I would be welcome to keep it for free. I felt satisfied that this seller genuinely cares about their product and their reputation.One day later the product arrived! I was contacted promptly by the seller and told that they would honour the refund and I could keep it anyway. (I was happy with this, since I had already ordered another)I have already used the product on my car and am very satisfied with it. I would certainly buy from this seller again due to the professional and fast service customer I received.I know I got lucky to have a free product, but that has not altered my review and I have not been asked to write anything false.It is a good, solid product (strong and easy to use) and great customer service. Something that is increasingly rare these days.Thank you.
