This is an excellent shredder! We've had several so called heavy duty office shredders over the years in our small home business office, Swordfish, Rexel, Fellowes and others I can't remember, all were horrendously noisy, none lived up to the claims made by their makers and they all died, some in annoyingly short periods of time. So yet another hunt for a shredder found this model, I really didn't expect anything other than more of the same aggravation but what a surprise, finally a shredder that actually works as described, it's been in use now for several months and it's by far the quietest we've ever had, it shreds far smaller than any previous cross cut we've had, it doesn't dump loads of shreddings all over the floor whenever you remove the bin and the ability to stack 100+ sheets to auto feed and just walk away instead of having to feed individual sheets in is pure heaven. I've no hesitation at all in recommending this shredder!

Bought this to shred thousands of documents, letters, bills etc whilst sorting out a deceased relatives affairs. Very pleased I did! The fact that it has two shredding inputs (150 sheet and a 10 sheet one ) was really useful. I could collect the together the nice flat sheets and leave them automatically feeding into the 150 input, whilst manually putting the not so pristine papers, receipts etc into the 10 sheet input at the front of the machine. It has a large collection bin and you can get a plastic bag of your own to fit the bin, which saves some mess when disposing of the shredded papers. Although to be honest, I had that mush to shred I gave up on bags and just shredded straight into the bin, poured it out into the waste paper recycling wheelie bin and then placed whole magazines, Newspapers or card on top of each pile of shredding in order to keep it from flying about too much. The machine has worked very well with very few jams , is easy to manouvre and not too loud. Recommended.

I've purchased many shredders over the years. They've all disappointed, chewed up paperwork, overheated and sadly given up the ghost. This time I thought I'd invest is something bigger and better and I'm very glad I did. This little beauty works wonderfully. I can shred large amounts of paperwork easily and quietly without having to sit and feed the paper in. Your just place the paperwork in the back feed and the machine works away happily by itself. It saves a lot of time and frustration. It has castors so it can be moved around easily and emptying it is just a case of pulling the bin out from the front of the machine. I wish I'd invested long ago!

Had it a month now. It’s a good machine. Will suck in random size, thickness, shapes of paper including newspaper clippings, glued together paper, staples no problem. Quiet and reasonably fast. I line it with a swing bin bag for ease of emptying. Only issue is a sticky out bit of plastic on the bin inside which you need to cover with your hand when removing the bag. Otherwise it rips. Worth the extra if you have to get through a lot of shredding. Hasn’t overheated on me yet. Blocked 3 times when it sucked in too much at once. Easy to reverse. Will auto feed and allow manual through the front slot at the same time if you must! Shiny booklets with stiff outlets tend not to feed. Plastic pockets feed fine. Done about 25 bags full of shredding and still going strong. I did write a long review on my phone then Amazon app insisted on a photo. By the time I came back it had erased what I’d written so I’ve summarised (sort it out Jeff).

Great shredder, we have now been using our new shredder for a couple of months and we are overall very happy with its performance. The paper capacity is good, it can get a little overwhelmed when shredding bulky documents but copes well otherwise when using sensibly. We have had no problems with overheating. Good value for money.

The 150 sheet auto-feed meant that the shredding process was so much quicker and less tiring. I could not contemplate using my old manual shredder again. The machine is nevertheless compact and unobtrusive in an office or even at home. It is rather quieter than my old smaller shredder too. I was concerned that the 25 ltr output bin might be too small but now feel that it is a rather more manageable amount to cope with without too much mess when transferring shredding to disposal bags. The shredded output, being beyond P-4 level of security is small and would render impossible the extraction of meaningful details, the output size for similar price P-4 shredders seem to be larger and hence less secure. The continuous running time of 30 minutes was very workable for me The price was very competitive (via Amazon) and good value when compared with shredders with similar performance and features. Very good machine, well impressed

The automatic feeder is really helpful for me: I can put a pack of sheets and the shredder will do all the work for me. It's also easy to operate and empty. Its size is also a bit bigger than the one we had before, which is a good thing when shredding a lot of paper.
