The product is genuinely amazing for diebetic

Please ensure that you count the sachets when you receive the box. We received 33 sachets less. We also received 29 printed and properly stuck sachets which did not have any substance in them. EMPTY! Last year we had purchased the same product and there the quantity was right. Also, the sachet printing earlier was colorful...resembled the USA flag. this time the color on the sachet was different, it was plain. Last time each sachet said clearly 'Made in the U.S.A.'. This time, the sachet does not have any name of any country of manufacture. Can we believe that the sachets received this time are genuine? We cannot return the box. So, the whole thing seems suspicious to us. Amazon is promising to investigate, but want us to contact the manufacturer.
