2.25" CUT FLOORING NAILS (1/2 lb)

Exactly as described and matching what I needed to complete a hardwood floor repair. Matched the existing nails precisely so the new work matches the old work. (at least visually, I'm not a pro) Perfect for 3/4" flooring over 3/4" sub-floor. MUST predrill through flooring to prevent splitting. And align the nail head with the grain.

These are exactly what I needed for a floor restoration project I’m working on. They are perfectly irregular, as these kind of nails are supposed to be, which gives them great holding power. They also look great, you’d never know they weren’t nailed in 100 years ago.You need to drill pilot holes since the tips are pretty blunt (I used a 3/32” bit, which seemed perfect) but then they hammer in easily. I have also been impressed by how sturdy they are. I haven’t bent one yet.I’ve ordered these twice and will definitely be ordering more.

Just like the old school nails. Fixed my old floor with them, pre drill first to prevent splitting.

Very rustic appearing - authentic look. Pounded them into an old exposed brick wall to hang pans - and they look like they were always there.
