I bought two sets (3 in each) of these in the 100cc size. Each container perfectly fits one scoop of my protein powder. It was a little messy to transfer the powder from the scoop to the container, even with a funnel. So, I found that just using the container to scoop out the powder works best. The lids seal tightly enough that you can just rinse and wipe the container after you fill it without having to worry about water intruding when you rinse. I just traveled using these and it was great. All six of my containers nicely attached to each other and it was very easy to just pack the cylinder in my suitcase. They never leaked, came apart, or broke; it worked perfectly. This is a nice travel solution for packing the protein that worked quite well for me. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.

Stackable containers for protein shakes, I use it for traveling and I put protein shakes, collagen, etc. in them. Nicely sized, good value for the money. Seem to be leakproof but I don't use liquid.

These are very well made containers and the lids fit on very securely. As others have mentioned the 100cc model will hold a scoop of whey perfectly. There's very little room once a coop is in there so if you need to add anything else it may be difficult. The 100cc is also a great fit for the powders for my pre-workout drink of maltodextrine (32 grams) + 2 scoops of Cellucor C4.I found that the 150cc are useful for a bigger post-workout shake of 25 grams of whey and 40 grams of maltodextrine, it's just about a perfect fit but the container could hold slightly more volume for those who need it.These guys keep me organized and make it simple to get my peri workout nutrition down while at the office. I've used souffle cups, zip top bags but these are by far the most effective method to date. They are a little costly however in this case it's well worth it.

If you are purchasing these to carry single servings of your protein powder, then the 100cc size is what you want. A single 35 gram serving of protein powder will fit exactly within the 100cc GoStak storage container, with no room to spare. As you can see from the photos I attached, the first picture is of the container with exactly 35 grams of protein powder measured out. The container is filled to the brim, and you have to gently tamp down the powder slightly.This is fine for my uses, since I only need each container to have a single serving of vanilla protein powder. However, if you have additional mix-ins (such as creatine, cocoa powder), you will not have enough room to add them. Different brands of protein powders also have different serving sizes: some brands are 30 grams per serving, in which you'll have a bit more room to spare, but if your brand is 35 grams per serving, than you can fit exactly that and no more.Furthermore, I'm happy to share that the containers fit perfectly inside a Yeti Lunchbox cooler. As you can see from the third picture, the twisted together containers fit in the vertical space perfectly. You'll have enough room to pack a box of food, as well as your utensils and a banana.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product, but be careful of the size that you need. If you enjoy your protein powder without any add-ins, and a single serving of your powder is between 30 to 35 grams, then go for the 100cc size. Otherwise, you will want a larger size. I'm not sure if the smaller sizes are useful, except for sauces or vitamins.

Along with pill vitamins, I like to take a few different powdered supplements daily as well. these containers are absolutely perfect for pre-portioning them and carrying them with me in a neat and compact way. My only complaint would be that they can sometimes be difficult to open, but on the package, they show a method for using one container to help open another and that seems to work well.

Absolutely love the versatility of these little gems! I use them for my morning powders that go into my drink! Super clean, efficient and the perfect size! You can take them traveling, put buttons or small items in them, or whatever you need! Clean and organized! JUST PEFECT!Update with PHOTOS! I think they are AWESOME! I use them for several different powders... It does depend on the type of powder though as to if it will stick or not. For example, I use one set for my 'morning' powder drink which includes a fiber powder and 'Active You' and these stacks are bone dry. Work extremely well and super convenient for me as I just grab and go.My second set I use for supplement powders including Cocoa for smoothies and the powders have more wetness to them. I will be leaving a new review for them online as this link won't let me include photos.So, bottom line, the drier your powders are, the less residue that will be left behind. I love them so much and actually have taken them on trips and they are so convenient!

Bought two sets for a 6 day supplement stack. easier to prep all my supplements (creatine, ashwaganda, lions maine, etc) once a week thank every day. Containers are very sturdy and easy to clean. Stacking them is extermely easy as well
